Takeoff!

As I sit on this plane, typing away from my window seat, mesmerized by the sheer beauty of nature from a bird’s eye view, it hits me…hard. Could this setting be any more metaphorical?

As mentioned in a previous blog, I flew back to London for Christmas and New Year and it felt so SO good being back home. The love was immediately palpable and despite the exhaustion of meeting up with friends and family every single day for the five weeks I was there, it both shocked and warmed my heart to know that the longing to reconnect was mutual.
